Meeting in beautiful Nashville and Frankling Tennessee, RECHARGE is a small close-knit gathering designed to envision and refuel you as a worship leader through times of worship, rest, reflection, recording, co-writing, and breaking bread together.
Song Production
Before RECHARGE we will go through a process to find a song that you’ve written (or will write) that you will record with full production at a beautiful studio in Nashville. You will leave with a ready to upload to Spotify single.
Networking
In this intimate gathering, engage with like-minded worship leaders who are on a similar journey as you, and build meaningful friendships that will last a lifetime.
Prayer Room
Rest, refresh, and recharge by spending time in the Franklin Prayer House in historic Downtown Franklin.
Community
Build long-lasting community with other worship leaders as we worship, pray, fellowship, and break bread together.
Cowriting
Times of co-writing together.
Special Guest
Each RECHARGE we bring in a different special guest from the worship movement to hangout and do Q&A.
Small group worship
Co-leading times of worship together where we'll seek the Lord together, pray, and minister to one another.
Breaking bread together
One of the most bonding experiences is breaking bread together. Your registration includes two breakfasts, two lunches, and two dinners (one at a five-star restaurant).

I am so excited to welcome you to RECHARGE Nashville.
RECHARGE is unlike any gathering you've ever attended. This is not a conference. It is a small tight-knit three-day experience.
I created RECHARGE by thinking of every possible way a worship leader would be strengthened and encouraged.
I started leading worship at the age of 12 and it was shortly after that when a mentor asked me what my dream was. I told him that I wanted to impact people through worship, music, and the creative arts.
So, I set out on that journey.
Over the past 20 years I've led over 10,000 hours of worship, written hundreds of songs, written and produced four full-length musicals, and films, and continue to write and produce. I haven't looked back since.
But that's not the whole story.
There has been great pain, fear, setbacks, and insecurity over the years coupled with many breakthroughs.
I know what it feels like to want to press into your worship leader calling but feel overwhelmed with your own weaknesses, insecurity, or loneliness.
After two decades, a ton of prayer, and thousands of hours of trial and error, I have found the pathway forward. I've found the way to overcome these challenges and lead worship with confidence, joy, and longevity.
This is why I created RECHARGE.
Maybe like me, you've felt alone on your worship-leading journey. Maybe you're confused or struggle to press into what you feel impassioned to do or create.
I believe every person's calling is significant and we all have a responsibility to steward the calling God has given us.
This is what RECHARGE is all about.
