For over two decades my dream has been to impact people through music and the creative arts. 🎭 🎹 

In 2004 I moved to Kansas City, Missouri and joined staff as a full-time worship leader with the International House of Prayer. 🙏🏻

Since then, my job has consisted of leading a ton of worship and training singers and musicians. 🎸 

I'd be lying if I told you the journey has been easy. There has been much pain and insecurity. For so many years, I felt isolated, alone, and incapable of doing what I felt called to. 🤕

But the story doesn't end there. 👨🏻‍⚕️

Breakthrough came little by little. But it wasn't without cost. 💰 

I've led over 10,000 hours of worship. ⏰ 

Thousands of hours. 🕰 

Thousands of reps. 🏋🏻‍♂️

I don’t say this to impress you, but to impress upon you that through thousands of hours of trial and error, I've experienced breakthrough and have discovered how to move from being isolated, overworked, and unfocused to experiencing peace, and confidence as a worship leader. 💆🏻‍♂️

I've discovered how to lead a team successfully in on stage and offstage dynamics of pastoring and training. 👨🏻‍💻
