For the past 20 years, I’ve been leading congregations in worship. I’ve walked through plenty of peaks and valleys in my confidence as a leader. There were even times when I had thoughts of quitting and throwing in the towel.
Trust me, I’ve felt the struggle of wrestling with my own thoughts and often feeling like I come up short. But over the years, I’ve learned many practical tips and tools that have proven themselves helpful as I battle my fear and dismantle insecurity.
These tools have brought such a transformation in the way I live my life today and the way I lead worship and that’s why I can’t wait for the chance to share them with fellow worship leaders like you.
I can’t tell you how much I wish I would have taken a class like this when I was younger. Being confident in front of others and leading without fear is how we are meant to worship. God made us that way. You are meant to be an overcomer.
When we live from a place of confidence and security in our identity, we experience a deep sense of fulfillment. For me, it’s not only helped me to be a better leader but it’s also unlocked my heart to better serve and love those around me.

I’ll meet with you and your classmates online each week for a time where I’ll be breaking down the roots & causes of fear and insecurity and sharing tools for dismantling them in your life.
GROWTH TOOLS
Every week, I’ll be providing practical tips to help you overcome insecurity and fear. I call these tips “GROWTH TOOLS” and they are tailor-made for your position as a worship leader.
LIVE Q AND A
There will be question and answer times each session where I will take your specific questions. You’ll get to hear from other classmates and learn from their questions as well.
SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS
At the end of each LIVE session, I will close with some helpful suggested homework. It won’t be mandatory, but I believe it will truly help you to get the most out of the class.
